The same error is coming up again, it was fixed for a moment and now it came back today? any updates? Can we get it fixed?

Support wrote to me back and said

This problem is more complicated, so the repair time is longer than before.

As i can remember the last time we waited 2 weeks until it was fixed. So if this time its more complicated and take more longer than this means it will take arround 3 to 4 weeks.

Guys, our programmer is still checking this problem.

If you give us more time, we will really appreciate it.

But once there are any news, we will inform you immediately.

I am sure if another programmer or company will offer another software that most of your costumers will run away. I can understand waiting maybe 24 or 48 hours. But weeks or month for a company that call them BIG with BEST programmers looks for me not like that. I really wanted to buy more of your software but since this experience i am not sure anymore. I just know that if you ever have a competitor that will offer same software functions that most of your costumer will leave. Its not only pva creator where this problems was. Also with Aio we had in the past a lot of problems. And still now.
