invalid serial number

I’ve just purchased SpinnerChief 4 but the serial number is invalid, how to get a new one?

Please remember the serial number can only be used on 2 computers. If you used it on many computers, it will be invalid.

It's been 3 days and stil no help from support. I'm not the only one with this problem and I'm loosing my patience. If this problem is not solved today I'll make a youtube review about SpinnerChief vs WordAI. Because I never had this kind of problem with WordAI. Already made screenshots off all issues in this forum regarding this subject.
