Invalid Serial Number Error (SpinnerChief 4)
I purchased SpinnerChief 4 today and trying to use the serial number I got at the Post Sales/ Thank you page but it always say "Invalid Serial". Hey guys,Support is exteremely bad so i have to ask here.I purchased a german thesaurus from the thesaurus exchange site and wantedto load it in Spinnerchief 4. But it says "wrong file" . What should i do?Also i have to authorize it but how when support is not responding?
